Our Mission

The Pikesville Greenspring Community Coalition (PGCC) is an umbrella organization representing 15 diverse homeowners’ and community associations within Baltimore County's 2nd Councilmanic District. Established in the 1990s in response to zoning challenges, PGCC has grown into a vital force for community development and advocacy. The coalition works collaboratively to ensure compatible land use, enhance public safety, improve schools, protect the natural environment, and address infrastructure needs. By fostering partnerships among residents, local government, and developers, PGCC has been instrumental in shaping a thriving and inclusive community. The Pikesville Greenspring Community Coalition (PGCC) is a volunteer organization that hopes to benefit of the communities located within Pikesville and Greenspring.

We strive to create a collaborative environment within the community in order to foster a better quality of life for our residents. Through our efforts, we hope to promote and enhance the community’s sense of belonging.
